Karina Scott

SHARED SERVICE COORDINATOR

Karina Scott has a master's degree in public & community Health since 2017.  She has been in the Health and Human and Public Health services field for 15 years. Karina started her career working with Homeless Families and individuals in the Dorchester, Roxbury and Medford area with a non-profit. Prior to joining MWSPHS, she worked as a Senior Strategic Partnership Manager at Worcester Division of Public Health. Her previous public health experience also includes working at Dana Farber Cancer institute in their access management and Community benefits departments working on skin and breast cancer prevention for high-risk individuals. As a Shared Service Coordinator, she ensures the coordination, support and delivery of shared nursing, inspectional, community health, human service, and epidemiological resources for the participating health departments and leads efforts to secure resources for ongoing work of the regional collaborative initiative.
